About Us

Lead for Life started in 2021. It delves into the rich, multicultural traditions of wisdom and virtue, expressed in the University of Hong Kong’s Latin motto, Sapientia et Virtus. We empower our community to grow as leaders of character, equipping each student to thrive at HKU and make a difference in the world. Positioned in Hong Kong within one of Asia’s premier universities, Lead for Life aims to contribute to the scholarly discourse on character and leadership education, especially from the perspectives of Asian traditions.
