RESEARCH

One of the most common questions concerning character and leadership education is, “Does it work?” At Lead for Life, we are committed to conducting ongoing evaluations and research to ensure the effectiveness of our programme and to measure and track students’ development across various character and leadership growth areas. Moreover, we actively collaborate with international academic institutions to stay abreast of the latest developments in the field.

Research Areas

Among our current research areas include:

  1. Examining best educational practices for fostering transformation in university students’ understanding and commitment to character and leadership, along with the real-world implications for the flourishing of individuals and communities.
  2. Investigating the formation of communities of virtue and their influence on shaping university students’ self-identity and social purpose.
  3. Evaluating the potential and impact of social media as an effective tool for influencing and inspiring character and leadership education.
  4. Contributing to the scholarly discourse on character leadership by offering insights from an Asian cultural perspective.

If you’re interested in collaborating with us on research or discussing our work, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.
